RON PAUL! Ron Paul is the only candidate who wants real change! And by change, I mean restoring the values this country was built on in the first place.

While he is a Christian (I believe),  he stands for small government - he thinks the state should decide on important issues, not the President. He also wants to eliminate the income tax. He is against any kind of national ID, like the new Real ID.

While he is not one of the top candidates, he managed to raise the most money in a single day than any other candidate ever - and all that money came from the grass roots!

I will write Ron Paul in if I have to, but he has my vote! Does he have yours?

On a side note, I must say that I have been very happy to see a few Ron Paul signs scattered throughout Mansfield and Wellsboro!

It looks like Ron Paul is no longer officially running, as his Presidential campaign website now redirects to another website. So, I will now be supporting McCain and Palin. I actually registered to vote last week via mail. I am excited about the election for the first time, because this is the first time that I will be able to vote. Also, this is the first time ever that a woman has been in this high of a position in the country!

I was thinking about all those people who don't vote, and I think, how could you not care about the election? Everything in our day to day lives is regulated by the government! I think if you are able to vote but you don't, then you are saying that you don't care how the country is run.

So, get out there and vote! It only takes the push of a button to voice your opinion of our government!
